This is an ex-library book from the British Colonial Office Library so there are one or two small library stamps on the initial pages.There is also some inked initials, a date and the crossing out of a 'confidential' mark on the front cover of the original volume. Otherwise the book has very mild tanning throughout. It has been printed in cyclostyle format. The original report has been rebound in leather with gilt lettering on its spine
